Hi, I have a client who has CX100 Speaker Phone and when he connects it to the computer Windows XP SP3 cannot seem to recognize the device. It just shows as an unknown device in the device list. User has MS Lync 2010 4.0.7577.4356 32-bit and as far as I know the drivers for the speaker phone sho. Enable EHS for Plantronics headsets on Polycom phones. Electronic hookswitch must be enabled according to the brand of headset you are using. Press the Menu button. Select Preferences. Select Electronic Hookswitch. Select Yes at the prompt to reboot your phone.
